	Players must become members of Pinebanks which for non employees is an annual payment of £48. Juniors are exempt from this requirement

Training:

Men: Wednesdays 7.30pm to 9pm on the Pinebanks astroturf.

Women: Tuesdays 7pm to 9pm on the Pinebanks astroturf from 11 August.

Juniors (up to 16): Tuesdays 6pm to 7pm on the Pinebanks astroturf from 11 August.
