MATCHES
BUCS Overall Results
After a successful BUCS season for all teams, NULHC finished in 11th overall with 150 BUCS points. Here are where all teams finished in their leagues.
1st XI - Placed 3rd in Northern Premier.
2nd XI - Placed 2nd in Northern Tier 2.
3rd XI - Finished 5th in Northern Tier 2.
4th XI - Placed 1st in Northern Tier 3 moving into Tier 2 in September.
5th XI - Placed 1st in Northern Tier 4 moving into Tier 3 in September and won thier Cup against Sheffield 3s.
6th XI - Finished 4th in Northern Tier 4 and was their first year in this tier.
EH Saturday League
The club has continued their BUCS success on a Saturday and achieved amazing results.
1st XI - Finished 7th in Northern Conference.
2nd XI - Finished 10th in YNE Premier.
3rd XI - Finished 6th in YNE Division 1
4th XI - Finished 12th in YNE Division 1
5th XI - Finished 7th in YNE North East Division 1
6th XI - Placed 1st in YNE North East Division 2
7th XI - Placed 1st in YNE North East Division 3 Tyne with an impressive 120 goals scored over the season and 20/22 games won. Promoted to Division 2.

EVENTS
NULHC host many events throughout the year such as Alumni day, Ladies day, Ball day, and a Christmas dinner. We are currently confirming our calender, all dates will be released shortly.
We volunteered at the Great North Run - 8th September 2024. Lots of our players are running it again this year, make sure to come down and support them!

BREAST CANCER AID SOCIAL
One of our charities this year is Breast Cancer Aid. To support them we will hosted a social on 23rd October to raise money for the great cause. We raised £1070!! Our members have bought t-shirts and these funds raised will be going towards this cause.

CLUB DAY
Our annual Club Day took place on 16th November for hockey, pizza and drinks! Longbenton will be open from 10a. Make sure to come and watch all our Ladies' and Men's home games. The newly renovated Longbenton bar was open all day. Great North Pizza supplied all match teas and extra pizza. Newcastle Carers joined us to share the great work they do and NCL Marrow came down to get more sign ups. Overall, it was a successful day!

MOVEMBER
Every year the club support Movember by buying t-shirts and hosting a social on a Wednesday. Our social was hosted on 27th November.

WELLBEING WEEK
From the 26th August - 6th September
Our captains host termly wellbeing based socials for their teams such as pizza nights, trampolining, pottery painting and beach days.

RAFFLE!
We hosted a raffle with lots of prizes from tickets to fight night, Blinkers student races, free meals from Slack Jaws, Nori Jesmond, Great North Pizza, as well as hockey tops, tickets to Loosefest and many more.
